About

My work is rooted in community, systems, and care.

For over a decade, I’ve operated inside high-pressure, high-volume environments where systems either work or everything falls apart. I’m an operations leader who knows how to build structure, manage complexity, and keep people moving with intention and consistent progress in process, especially during rapid growth, organizational change, or limited resources.

That instinct started early: questioning dominant narratives, noticing where systems don’t match lived reality, and figuring out how to make them function better for the people inside them. Today, that shows up as an ability to see operational gaps quickly, challenge inefficient norms, and design solutions that actually hold up in practice.

As a student leader at the local, statewide and national level, I served as External Vice President of the Associated Students of UC Irvine: leading large teams, managing budgets and strategy, and coordinating across campus, state, and national organizations. Under my leadership, the organization received multiple state-level awards in a single year from separate organizations for collaboration and impact. I also led campaigns that resulted in long-term funding increases and policy wins—work that required negotiation, systems thinking, and the ability to align many stakeholders around a shared goal.

Professionally, I spent over six years at Tesla, supporting operations at one of the highest-volume locations in the world. I was recognized as top 1% talent, led and supported pilot programs, optimized staffing and logistics, and built feedback and reporting systems that improved customer satisfaction to over 90% while saving thousands of operational hours annually. The work demanded precision, adaptability, and constant problem-solving.

Today, I continue this work by supporting businesses and organizations through operational management, digital systems, and strategic execution. I step in where things feel overwhelming, fragmented, or unsustainable. My expertise allows me to implement processes that create clarity, efficiency, and momentum. Whether that means organizing backend systems, managing platforms and workflows, or supporting leadership through change, my focus is always on making operations feel intentional instead of reactive.

I don’t believe in busywork or over-engineered systems. I believe in smart structure, clear ownership, and processes that people can truly maintain. My academic background in political science, education, and business administration informs how I think about governance, communication, and learning inside organizations. One of my most valued strengths is translating strategy into day-to-day operations that work.

If you’re a business owner or organization doing meaningful work and need someone who can bring initiative, leadership, stability, and follow-through behind the scenes, that’s where I do my best work. I build the systems that let you focus on growth; without losing your mission or your people in the process.

I am currently working with clients from various industries such as automotive, custom design and apparel, beauty and wellness, as well as community partnerships.
